In a heartfelt and intimate celebration, Telugu cinema veteran Nagarjuna Akkineni took to social media to announce the wedding of his son, Akhil Akkineni, to Zainab Ravdjee. The ceremony took place in the early hours of June 6, 2025, at 3:35 AM, held at their family residence. Sharing the joyous moment with fans, Nagarjuna wrote, "With immense joy, Amala and I are delighted to share that our dear son has married his beloved Zainab in a beautiful ceremony... The ceremony embraced South Indian traditions, particularly from Telugu Brahmin customs. It featured rituals such as Kanyadaana, symbolizing the sacred handover of the bride by her father, and the Kashi Yatra, where the groom symbolically renounces worldly life before choosing marriage.
