A quick n easy ramen recipe with the ingredients in your refrigerator. Straight From my kitchen to yours.

Ingredients:

For stir-fry
250gm prawns deveined
1tbs butter
1tbs finely chopped garlic
1cup chopped bok choy
1cup chopped mushrooms (of your choice)
Salt n pepper to taste.

 

For the Ramen Soup
1/2 liter water
1 tbs garlic
1/2 inch grated ginger
2 stock cubes
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1 Nori sheet
1 tbs Rice vinegar (optional)
1 1/2 tbs Shiro Miso paste

For the plating
500 gms cooked ramen noodles
2 boiled eggs
1 thinly sliced Nori sheet
1cup finely chopped spring onion
