Jr NTR Wraps ‘War 2’ Shoot, Pens Emotional Note for Hrithik Roshan and Team

Superstar Jr NTR has officially wrapped up filming for War 2, the highly anticipated action thriller from YRF’s expanding Spy Universe. On Monday, the actor took to his Instagram Stories to share a heartfelt message reflecting on his experience. Expressing admiration for co-star Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR wrote, “It’s always a blast being on set with @hrithikroshan Sir. His energy is something I have always admired… there is so much I have learned from him on this journey of War 2.”

 

The film, directed by Brahmastra filmmaker Ayan Mukerji, brings together two titans of Indian cinema—Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan—for what promises to be one of the biggest cinematic events of the year. Jr NTR also praised Mukerji for creating something special, calling War 2 “a big surprise package” for fans. He expressed his gratitude to the entire YRF team and crew, signing off with excitement for the film’s grand release: “Can’t wait for all of you to experience this high on August 14th!”

 

The buzz around War 2 has only intensified following the release of character posters featuring Jr NTR, Hrithik Roshan, and Kiara Advani. Kiara’s bold, action-packed look—donning black leather and a trench coat while armed—created waves across social media.
