Actress Vidya Balan just dropped a quirky and riddling video confirming the release date of biopic based on Shakuntala Devi. The film also stars Sanya Malhotra and it’s slated for 8th May 2020 release.

Vidya Balan and Sanya Malhotra are sharing screen space for the first time in forthcoming biopic based on Shakuntala Devi and her life. The film is directed and written by Anu Menon and produced by Vikram Malhotra under his banner Abundantia Entertainment.
The film stars Vidya Balan as Shakuntala Devi, a mental calculator who was known as the "human computer". The film also stars Amit Sadh and Jisshu Sengupta.
Shakuntala Devi Aka Human-Computer was born on November 4, 1929, in Mysore. When she was 3-year-old, her father noticed her extraordinary ability to memorise numbers. On October 5, 1950, in an interview on a television show, Shakuntala Devi solved complex maths problems within seconds. The answers were correct and then onwards she became known as Human-Computer.
The film is scheduled to be theatrically released on 8th May 2020.
