Chennai, June 5 (IANS) Actor-producer Udhayanidhi Stalin on Monday said he will be teaming up with filmmaker Priyadarshan for his next yet-untitled Tamil project.
"Happy to announce my next project with director Priyadarshan sir! Produced by Moonshot Entertainment Santosh sir," Udhayanidhi tweeted.
While details regarding the project are not yet known, sources close to the "Manithan" actor have revealed it will be an entertainer.
"The project goes on the floors very soon. While the film's genre remains a mystery, it is however learnt it will be high on entertainment like most of Priyadarshan's films," the sources told IANS.
Last seen in Tamil comedy "Saravanan Irukka Bayamen", which did decent business at the box office, Udhayanidhi currently awaits the release of two Tamil films "Podhuvaga En Manasu Thangam" and "Ippadai Vellum".
Priyadarshan, meanwhile, is said to helm the Hindi remake of his own Malayalam blockbuster "Oppam".
