The story begins when the PAW Patrol's ship is caught in a mysterious storm, leaving the pups stranded on an uncharted tropical island filled with dinosaurs. There, they encounter Rex, a resourceful pup who has spent years surviving on the island and has become an expert on its prehistoric inhabitants. However, what starts as an exciting discovery quickly turns dangerous when Mayor Humdinger's latest scheme threatens the entire ecosystem.
Humdinger's reckless mining operation, driven by his desire to exploit the island's natural resources, accidentally triggers the eruption of a massive dormant volcano. Faced with a disaster of dino-sized proportions, the PAW Patrol must embark on a series of daring rescue missions to protect both the island's inhabitants and its dinosaurs before it's too late.

Directed by returning filmmaker Cal Brunker and written by Brunker alongside Bob Barlen, PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie builds on the success of the franchise while introducing a larger-scale adventure packed with humor, heart, and prehistoric thrills.
