Authorities in Thailand said Friday military personnel rescued malnourished wild animals from a casino in Cambodia as deadly border clashes between the two countries continue.
The animals a lion, a lioness, a sun bear, and two Asiatic black bears were sedated and transported to wildlife breeding centers in Thailand, the country's Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation told The Associated Press.
