Patna, June 15 (SocialNews.XYZ) A fresh controversy erupted on Monday in the ongoing dispute surrounding Khan Global Studies after Raushan Anand, who was released from Beur Jail following bail granted by a Patna civil court, made serious allegations against Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir.
Speaking to the media after his release, Roshan Anand, the director of Gyan Bindu Coaching Institute, alleged that the death of his brother, Prince Yadav, was not accidental but part of a planned conspiracy.
He directly accused Faisal Khan and R.S. Prasad of involvement in the matter.
According to Roshan Anand, his brother remained safe while he was outside jail but died under suspicious circumstances shortly after Anand was imprisoned.
He claimed that the sequence of events raised serious questions and warranted a deeper investigation.
Roshan Anand demanded an impartial and high-level probe into the death of Prince Yadav to uncover what he described as the real conspiracy behind the incident.
He further alleged that the narrative surrounding the earlier firing and vandalism incident at Khan Global Studies changed after CCTV footage surfaced publicly.
According to Anand, contradictions between earlier claims and the footage that later emerged had increased suspicion regarding the overall sequence of events.
The controversy intensified after the body of Prince Yadav was recovered on Sunday from a hotel room in Biratnagar, Nepal.
Initial reports suggested that injury marks were found on the body, although authorities have not yet officially confirmed the cause of death.
Due to the suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident, police in Nepal are conducting a detailed investigation.
Reports also noted that Prince Yadav had earlier been named as an accused in the FIR registered after the June 2 vandalism and stone-pelting incident at Khan Global Studies.
Raushan Anand was arrested on June 3 in connection with the coaching institute violence case and remained in judicial custody for around 12 days before securing bail.
His counsel, senior advocate Ramakant Sharma, stated that during the hearing, the court advised both parties to maintain professional conduct.
According to Sharma, the court observed that teachers should engage in healthy academic competition instead of becoming involved in criminal disputes, remarking that a teacher's conduct should befit a teacher.
Following his release, Raushan Anand immediately left for Saharsa, where the final rites of his brother are scheduled to take place.
