Bryan Fuller’s Directorial Debut “Dust Bunny” Unveils Trailer

Roadside Attractions has released the official trailer for Dust Bunny, a horror thriller that marks the feature directorial debut of visionary creator Bryan Fuller. Known for his strikingly imaginative work on television, Fuller now steps into feature filmmaking with a dark, fantastical story that blends horror, emotional complexity, and high-stakes action.

 

The film stars Mads Mikkelsen, Sigourney Weaver, David Dastmalchian, Sheila Atim, and Sophie Slone. At its heart is the story of a 10-year-old girl, Aurora, who believes a monster consumed her entire family. Seeking help, she turns to her enigmatic neighbor (Mikkelsen), who happens to be a hitman specializing in eliminating "real-life monsters." When he learns Aurora’s family tragedy may be linked to assassins targeting him, a reluctant bond forms between the two as they navigate a world where both human and supernatural monsters collide.

 

Weaver’s involvement adds further intrigue, hinting at layers of mystery and gravitas, while Dastmalchian and Atim bring their signature intensity to the ensemble.
