Jayaram and Kalidas Reunite On-Screen in Heartwarming Family Drama Ashakal Aayiram

Sree Gokulam Movies has unveiled the first look poster for Ashakal Aayiram, a much-anticipated family entertainer that brings together real-life father and son duo Jayaram and Kalidas Jayaram in a rare cinematic collaboration. Sharing the poster on X, the production house wrote, “The best ‘Boy Next Door’ is BACK — this time with his own boy!” The announcement instantly generated buzz, especially among fans nostalgic for classic family dramas from the golden era of Malayalam cinema.

 

Directed by G. Prajith and backed by producer Gokulam Gopalan, Ashakal Aayiram taps into the enduring emotional appeal of intergenerational bonds.
