Hyderabad, April 6 (SocialNews.XYZ) In a cruel act, two men left their father into a forest and left him there as they were vexed with him.
The shocking incident occurred in Telangana's Vikarabad district. Two sons took their 62-year-old father to Anantagiri forest and abandoned him there last week as he had become a "burden" for them.
Hungry and thirsty, the old man kept wandering in the forest and after four days, he could find a way out. He reached Vikarabad and was found near a temple where a good Samaritan came to his rescue.
Swamy narrated his story to Mohammed Ghouse, who arranged food and water for him. Moved by his plight, Ghouse informed Vikarabad police.
The police dropped Swamy at his house at Narsingi on the outskirts of Hyderabad on Tuesday and counselled his sons.
Originally hailing from Jogu Lamba Gadwal district, Swamy owned an acre of land. He built a house for the family at Narsingi. However, his sons and daughters-in-law were ill-treating him and they finally decided to get rid of him by abandoning him in forest.
They assumed that he will never return but thanks to the good Samaritan and the police's help of police, he was back unharmed.
