New Delhi, Aug 21 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday greeted O. Panneerselvam, who took oath as the Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, after both the factions of AIADMK merged.
"I congratulate Panneerselvam and others who took oath today (Monday). I hope Tamil Nadu scales newer heights of progress in the years to come," Modi said in a tweet.
"Centre assures all possible support to CM Edappadi K. Palaniswami and Dy CM O. Panneerselvam for the growth of TN," he said.
