Announcing the collaboration, Panorama Studios wrote, “Embarking on a new and grand journey! After acclaimed works like 'Shala' and 'Shyamchi Aai', Panorama Studios, Cult Digital, and Prakash Films are teaming up with director Sujay S. Dahake to bring you two films featuring distinct and unique themes!” The announcement also revealed the release plans for both projects, with Tujhya Aai La scheduled to hit cinemas on September 25, 2026, while Rakta Phal is planned for Summer 2027.
First up is Tujhya Aai La, which features a strong ensemble led by Rajshri Deshpande, Sambhaji Bhagat and Rohini Hattangadi. The film is set to arrive in theatres on September 25 and marks one of the key Marathi releases on Panorama Studios' expanding regional slate. With Dahake at the helm, the project is expected to bring his distinctive storytelling sensibility to the big screen.
The film is produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and Murlidhar Chhatwani for Panorama Studios, alongside Suunil Jaiin, Aditya Joshi and Mohit Arora of Cult Films, and Prashant Behera and Rajesh Singh of Prakash Films. The coming together of these production houses signals a serious investment in original Marathi stories designed not only for the regional audience but also for a wider theatrical market.
The second project, Rakta Phal, takes the collaboration in a completely different direction. Described as a contemporary, youth-centric fantasy-comedy-thriller, the film stars Upendra Limaye, Amruta Khanvilkar, Mayur More and Aditya Thakrey. Shot extensively across Goa, the movie is currently in post-production and is targeting a February-March 2027 release, according to the announcement.
The contrasting genres of the two films make the collaboration particularly interesting. While Tujhya Aai La brings together established performers for a September theatrical release, Rakta Phal promises a younger, genre-driven experience blending fantasy, comedy and thriller elements. Both films also underline Dahake's versatility as a filmmaker willing to explore different worlds rather than staying confined to one storytelling style.
For Panorama Studios, the partnership further highlights its growing interest in regional cinema and original Marathi storytelling. The studio's collaboration with Cult Digital and Prakash Films is aimed at backing stories that have a strong theatrical identity while retaining the cultural flavour and distinct voice of Marathi cinema.
With both projects already through principal photography, audiences won't have to wait too long to see what Sujay S. Dahake has created this time. Tujhya Aai La will make the first move with its September 25, 2026 theatrical release, followed by Rakta Phal in 2027. Two films, two very different worlds and one filmmaker at the centre — Panorama Studios' new Marathi slate certainly has plenty to look forward to.
