Akshay Kumar’s ‘Haiwaan’ Teaser Is Here: “I AM the Danger!” Sets Up a Chilling Hero vs Villain Battle

Akshay Kumar is ready to unleash his darker side with Haiwaan, and the newly released teaser wastes no time in showing audiences that this is not the usual Akshay avatar. Sharing the teaser on social media, the actor wrote, “HE hears the danger… I AM the danger! Ab jeet kiski hogi? Hero ya Haiwaan? #Haiwaan - Teaser out now.” The line instantly raises the biggest question surrounding the film — when the hero and the haiwaan finally face off, who will walk away victorious?

The teaser introduces Akshay as a menacing and unpredictable force, giving fans a glimpse of the intense character he has taken on for the thriller. His dialogue, “HE hears the danger… I AM the danger!”, adds an eerie edge to the promo and suggests that his character is not someone who simply creates trouble — he is the danger everyone needs to fear. The actor's sinister screen presence is one of the biggest talking points of the teaser.

At the centre of Haiwaan is an unusual cat-and-mouse game involving Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar. Saif plays a blind protagonist, while Akshay steps into the antagonist's shoes. Directed by Priyadarshan, Haiwaan is inspired by the acclaimed Malayalam thriller Oppam, which originally starred Mohanlal.
