SECRETARA DE MARINA Ciudad de Mxico - Fecha desconocida ++NARRACIN DE AUDIO DE LA FUENTE++ Vestida con gafas y botines de neopreno, Frida se convirti en un smbolo de esperanza tras el terremoto que dej ms de 300 muertos en la Ciudad de Mxico y los estados vecinos. ASSOCIATED PRESS ARCHIVO: Ciudad de Mxico - 28 de septiembre de 2017 Aparentemente Frida no encontr supervivientes tras ese terremoto, pero se le atribuye haber encontrado al menos 41 cuerpos y una docena de personas vivas, a lo largo de su carrera. Su imagen se hizo popular en Internet y su rostro adorn los murales de la capital mexicana. La perra rescatista tambin realiz dos misiones internacionales tras los terremotos de Hait y Ecuador. Frida se retir en junio de 2019, a la edad de 10 aos. El martes, la marina public un video de homenaje a travs de Twitter agradeciendo a Frida por su servicio y honrando su memoria.
