Kamal Haasan and Sarika Thakur’s daughter Akshara Haasan was interacting with NewsHelpline on the sidelines of Shantanu’s art exhibition in Worli.
Talking about exhibition and Shantanu influence on her taste towards art, Akshara said, “It is a big day for him, it is his debut exhibition, and I am super proud of him, he is super-super talented artist, I am his big fan from the day one. I am not much into art, but I am happy to see such an amazing exhibition, I got into art more because of him, and through his art, I got to learn something new, and his art is fabulous, it stands out and different, it is powerful”
Hailing from Guwahati, Santanu is a famous doodle artist and illustrator and winner of RedBull World Doodle Art Champion 2014. He hosted his first artwork exhibition in Worli, Mumbai, titled BLCK. He is also dating Shruti Haasan.
When asked about to pick her favorite painting from the exhibition, Akshara said, “It is really hard to pick one as favorite as all of them are good and they have something different to tell, though they are made by same technic, but they are all different at the same time and they all have to say something strong and powerful”
After making her debut with Shamitabh, actress Akshara worked in handful of films, such as Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laaddoo Deewana, Vivegam and Kadaram Kondan. She is currently shooting for Agni Siragugal and Achcham Madam Naanam Payirppu.
