The makers of Panghrun hosted a premiere of Marathi film in Mumbai last night, which was attended by entire B-town.
During his interaction with NewsHelpline, we asked Mahesh about audience having expectations from the film, he said, “Of course, there are expectations, but all I can say right now, no one will be disappointed after watching this film, I am certain of that, and I want my audience to bring their expectation with them, I won’t tell them not to bring their expectations, and they will like the movie”
The film stars Gauri Ingwale, Amol Bawdekar, Rohit Phalke, Pravin Tarde and Prabhakar. The film is helmed by Mahesh Manjrekar. The film is presented by Zee Studios and bankrolled by Mahesh Manjrekar Films.
'Panghrun' is adapted from a story by BB Borkar. It is a 'fantastic love story' which is slowly unfolding how the worldly journey of her life takes place.
When asked about the film and storyline, Mahesh added, “It is a complex movie about relationships, and if I were to start talking about it, I will give away the film. All I can say that the film is about relationships and how they keep changing and reaches a new level and love matter. There is a love beyond obvious man and woman love”
When asked if definition of love has changed with new generation, Mahesh quickly replied, “Nothing is like that, this generation is also smart, see one can’t help the change, it happens with time, love is love, regardless of generation”.
The film opens in theaters today, 4th February 2022.
