Many Bollywood and Television celebrities have contracted the deadly virus. The recent celeb to have tested positive for Covid-19 is producer Ekta Kapoor.
Ekta Kapoor took to social media and shared, “Despite taking all the precautions I have tested covid positive. I am fine and request everyone who has come in contact with me to please test themselves”
She is currently under home quarantine. Ekta has asked all her friends and family, who met her recently, to get tested as well. She is also following all the Covid-19 protocols as required by the authorities.
On the work front, Ekta Kapoor is all set to revive hit serial Naagin for the sixth season.
Ekta is also bankrolling Ek Villain Returns, helmed by Mohit Suri. The movie is a spiritual sequel of Suri's 2014 film Ek Villain although its storyline is completely different. It stars John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria in lead roles.
