Actress Bhumi Pednekar on Sunday took to social media to share a smiling photograph of herself. In the photo, Bhumi smiles at the camera wearing a white floral printed summery dress. Sharing the photo on Instagram, the actress wrote, "My Sunday plan is to kill all bad vibes with my electric smile #SundaySoulThought."
Bhumi’s recent post got more than 154K likes on Instagram and her friends from the industry such as Tahira Kashyap, Neeru Bajwa and Huma Qureshi complimented her in the comment section.
In a very short span of time she has treated audiences to some notable work in films like ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’, ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’, ‘Sonchiriya’, ‘Lust Stories’, ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’, ‘Saand Ki Aankh’, ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’, among others.
Bhumi was last seen in onscreen in horror-drama film ‘Durgamati : The Myth’ along with Arshad Warsi, Jisshu Sengupta, Karan Kapadia and Mahie Gill.
Bhumi Pednekar will next be seen in a family drama film ‘Badhaai Do’ which is jointly written by Suman Adhikary and Akshat Ghildial and directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni. The film produced by Junglee Pictures, which serves as a spiritual sequel of the 2018 film ‘Badhaai Ho’. It features Rajkummar Rao as a male lead.
Filmmaker Shashank Khaitan's film ‘Mr Lele’ has a revamped cast and the one headlining it is Vicky Kaushal, not Varun Dhawan. The film, which was conceptualised with Varun, Bhumi Pednekar and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead, will now see Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani. As per the latest media reports, Bhumi Pednekar has rejoined the cast.
