Amit Sadh has had an eventful 2020 with three movies and two web shows released this year. The actor is all set to welcome 2021 with his new web series 'Zidd' which will make its premiere on 22 January, 2021 on ZEE5.
Sharing the teaser of the series, he wrote, "Rising back every time I fall is #JeetKiZidd #Zidd Premieres 22nd January @zee5premium"
Zidd has been inspired by the real life story of Kargil struggle hero Major Deependra Singh Sengar. The teaser shows that one will get to see high octane action sequence and army missions in the show.
It is a story of a man whose ability to turn impossible into possible, makes him unique and inspiring. It is a story of his 'never give up' attitude and his zidd to win be it on the war on ground or the one inside his head. The show has the backdrop of Indian Army and is a special tribute to our great forces.
The series is directed by Vishal Mangalorkar. It marks the debut of Boney Kapoor as a producer in the web world, alongisde Arunava Joy Sengupta and Akash Chawala. It features Amit Sadh, Amrita Puri and Sushant Singh in lead roles.
The show will make its premiere on 22 January, 2021 only on ZEE5.
