Hot Water & Green Tea

 

Most important is that everyone should consume hot water regularly in the morning. It is very beneficial not only for corona but also for digestive power & glowing skin. You can also sip a cup of Green Tea, it has been shown to improve blood flow and lower cholesterol. Adding fresh lemon juice and honey to this drink can double its medicinal properties, and also enhance its taste. Green tea and lemon together make a Vitamin C drink, whereas honey adds to the anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties which help you stay away from medicines, Vitamin C This particular vitamin is a crucial participant in the army of immunity. It helps prevent the common cold. It acts as a powerful antioxidant and protects against damage induced by oxidative stress. Drinking this combination of honey lemon hot water regularly can help melt fat, clear up acne, stimulate weight loss, and “flush out” toxins from the body

Exercise & Fitness during COVID 19 positive

Stay active by doing daily chores and having an exercise plan. Regular aerobic/bodyweight exercises at least 30 to 45 minutes,4 to 6 days a week with Push-ups, Squats, lunges, crunches, burpees, jump rope & planks/side planks. He says that if had Skimmed milk regularly, will help you a lot in keeping your body fit, slim & trim.
