Actress Sharvari Wagh has made her big debut with Sunny Kaushal in Amazon Prime Video India’s web-series, The Forgotten Army, says her mother cried watching her in the series.
Kabir Khan along with Sunny Kaushal and Sharvari graced the music concert of The Forgotten Army in Mumbai. At the concert 1000 plus musicians performed live on the stage.
Sharvari Wagh is making her acting debut with ‘The Forgotten Army - Azaadi Ke Liye’, sharing her feeling being a part of the show and the event, she said, “Actually last night was the first time, when my mother saw me onscreen and she couldn’t stop crying the whole episode. And that something you live for so, that was the biggest moment for me”
“After listening our show’s songs at this event, I cried not once but twice. I am thankful to these artists who have performed over here and today, it was the pleasure and an honour to be here” added Sharvari.
Apart from the series, Sharvari Wagh will be seen as the new Babli in the much-awaited sequel to Bunty Aur Babli, opposite Gully Boy’s Siddhant Chaturvedi. The film is roduced by Aditya Chopra, Bunty Aur Babli 2 has commenced its shooting schedule. The sequel takes a 10 year time leap from where the original film had ended.
Sharvari, who is former Maharastra chief minister Manohar Joshi’s granddaughter, worked as an assistant director on films like Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, Bajirao Mastani and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety before she got her big acting break.
