- The Gem: Grant's Espresso Martini
INGREDIENTS
Grant's Whisky: 50 ml
Shot of Espresso: 1
Kahlua: 25 mlMETHOD
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all three ingredients
Shake for 15-20 seconds
Strain & garnish with coffee beans - Hot Spiced Apple
INGREDIENTS
Hendrick's Gin: 150 ml
Apple Juice spiced with 2 cloves, 2 crushed cardamoms, 2 star anises, juniper berries, peel of 1 orange: 750 ml
Grated nutmeg: Few
Orange (for garnishing)METHOD
Simmer the apple juice with spices in a pan
Add Hendrick's Gin
Serve in a tankard or teacup and garnish with three slices of apple and a dusting of nutmeg
