In Yesterday’s first list released by Chandrababu, names of candidates for 10 Assembly Constituencies in Prakasham District were announced. Candidates for the two parliament segments will be finalized in a day or two. As per sources, there is Balayya’s interference in one of the constituencies announced on Thursday.
Nandamuri Balakrishna went all the way to Amaravati from Hyderabad to help his Friend & Kanigiri MLA Kadiri Babu Rao obtains the MLA Ticket for 2019 Elections. Actually, TDP leadership contemplated on fielding Ugranarasimha Reddy in Kanigiri. But Balakrishna assured he would campaign in Kanigiri for his friend and would ensure his victory for sure. So, Naidu gave Kanigiri ticket to Babu once again with Balayya’s interference.
Meanwhile, TDP’s leadership wanted to pacify Ugranarasimha Reddy by offering Darsi constituency but he doesn't want to sacrifice Kanigiri Seat. He made it clear that he will remain as party activist even if he was not provided with a ticket but he won’t contest from any constituency other than Kanigiri.
