Alleging that private malls are making money by collecting the parking fees from the public, he said, "It is the highest source of revenue not only for the owners of the malls and hospitals but also for the corrupt officials of the MCD."
He said that Puri will file a contempt plea against the MCD if the collection of parking fees is not stopped.
He also demanded that the BJP-ruled MCD should recover all the money that has been collected by the malls and hospitals after the issue of the order.
