Seven civilians killed in Afghanistan Taliban attack

Kabul, March 12 (IANS) Seven Afghan civilians, including children, were killed and two others injured when Taliban militants attacked a vehicle with rockets in Nangarhar province, officials said on Monday.

The attack occurred at around 8.30 p.m. on Sunday in Bati Kot district, reports Xinhua news agency.

One of the injured remains in critical condition, the officials said.

Provincial Governor Mohammad Gulab Mangal strongly condemned the attack.
