Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha welcomed the leaders which included European Council President Antnio Costa, British Prime Minister Andy Burnham, Luxembourg Prime Minister Luc Frieden, and Moldovan President Maia Sandu, at Kyivs railway station.
