Anshula Kapoor Talks About Her Love for JOOLRY at New Store Launch in Mumbai

Designer Karishma Mehra celebrated a sparkling milestone on October 21, 2026, with the launch of JOOLRY’s third store in Mumbai’s iconic Kala Ghoda neighbourhood. The grand opening brought together fashion, luxury and celebrity glamour, with philanthropist Seema Singh joining founder Karishma Mehra for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Digital creator Anshula Kapoor and renowned fashion stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania were among the notable guests at the special occasion.

Anshula Kapoor was particularly excited about JOOLRY’s jewellery collection and shared how the brand had become her go-to choice throughout the festive season. Speaking at the launch, she said, “I’m really loving it—throughout this entire festive season, I’ve been wearing nothing but jewellery from JOOLRY; I was just saying this. This is actually the first time I’m seeing so much of their Indian collection, and I find it so inspiring that they have something for every occasion—whether you’re a newlywed, a bridesmaid, or attending your sister’s wedding. I think these pieces are incredibly versatile; they can be styled up or dressed down completely.”

Clearly fascinated by the pieces she was wearing, Anshula added with a laugh, “And I know I should be making eye contact with you, but I just can’t take my eyes off the jewellery.” Her playful remark captured her excitement for the collection and highlighted the statement-making appeal of the brand’s designs. When asked about the jewellery she had styled for the event, Anshula revealed that she had layered several pieces to create her look.

Explaining her styling choices, she said, “I’ve stacked four pieces, which I think gives you an idea of just how versatile they are. You can really layer them up, or perhaps remove one or two for a more delicate, understated look.” She also shared her thoughts on how jewellery should fit into modern lifestyles, adding, “And I think that’s what jewellery should be like today—it shouldn’t just be something you keep locked away in a safe. It should be pieces you actually want to wear—and wear without the constant fear of losing something, or worrying about whether it will go with the outfits you want to style. So, yeah!”

The Kala Ghoda opening marks another significant step in JOOLRY’s growing Mumbai presence. Following the launch of its Bandra store just six months ago, the brand now has three locations in the city, including its flagship boutique in Worli. The new store brings its contemporary luxury and bridal jewellery offerings to one of South Mumbai’s most celebrated cultural and fashion destinations.

The boutique also features a dedicated luxury bridal lounge designed to help modern brides explore jewellery for heirloom-inspired looks, elaborate wedding celebrations and destination weddings. With its latest launch, JOOLRY continues to expand its presence in the luxury bridal jewellery space. Anshula’s enthusiastic endorsement added a personal touch to the evening, spotlighting a collection that celebrates versatility, individual style and jewellery designed to be worn and enjoyed.
