New Delhi, Oct 9 (SocialNews.XYZ) Coal supplies to power plants have risen sharply in October, averaging about 9 per cent higher than in September and roughly 36 per cent up from the September low, while the rate of stock depletion has also moderated significantly, an official statement said on Friday.
