Rakul Preet Singh Seeks Bappa’s Blessings at T-Series, Gears Up for Ramayana

Rakul Preet Singh was spotted at producer Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series office in Mumbai as she attended a special Satyanarayan Pooja during the ongoing Ganpati celebrations. The actress arrived to seek Bappa’s blessings and participate in the traditional ceremony, joining several Bollywood celebrities who gathered at the venue. Rakul also caught the paparazzi’s attention with her bright yellow traditional outfit as she posed for photographs before heading inside for the prayers.

The auspicious gathering at the T-Series office brought together members of the Hindi film fraternity for a morning filled with devotion and festive spirit. One of her biggest upcoming projects is Nitesh Tiwari’s highly anticipated mythological epic Ramayana: Part 1, in which she plays the character of Surpanakha. The film is scheduled to release worldwide on November 6, 2026, and features Ranbir Kapoor as Shri Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana.

Rakul’s role as Surpanakha is expected to be an important part of the epic’s narrative, giving the actress an opportunity to explore a layered character in a large-scale mythological production. She has already begun dubbing for the film, sharing glimpses from the dubbing process and marking another stage in the project’s journey towards its theatrical release. With Nitesh Tiwari directing, Ramayana: Part 1 is among the most closely watched upcoming Indian films.

The actress also has Indian 3 in her lineup, although the project’s release has been delayed. The film continues Rakul’s association with the Indian franchise, adding another major project to her already busy slate. With a mythological epic on one side and a major franchise film on the other, Rakul is set to explore very different cinematic worlds in her upcoming work.
