Aadar Jain and Alekha Advani Make Their Marriage Official in Mumbai: ‘Trial Period: OVER’

Aadar Jain and Alekha Advani have officially made their marriage legal in Mumbai, adding another special chapter to their relationship. The couple registered their marriage on Wednesday, around a year and a half after celebrating their wedding through traditional ceremonies. Sharing a series of pictures from the registration ceremony, Aadar gave fans a glimpse of the intimate occasion and marked the moment with his trademark playful sense of humour.

For the registration, Alekha looked elegant in a heavily embroidered red salwar suit, while Aadar complemented her in a maroon kurta paired with white pyjamas. The couple looked visibly happy as they posed together for the photographs. Sharing the pictures on social media, Aadar wrote, “Trial period: OVER. No returns, no exchanges, no take-backs! Officially Mr & Mrs Jain! Finally made it legal with my favourite. Thank you, Ganpati Bappa, for blessing us.” The fun caption quickly captured the celebratory mood surrounding the occasion.

Although their legal registration has happened now, Aadar and Alekha’s wedding celebrations took place in 2025. The couple first exchanged vows in an intimate Christian beachside ceremony in Goa on January 12. They subsequently celebrated their relationship with a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony in Mumbai on February 21, bringing together their families and close friends for the festivities.

For their traditional wedding, Alekha opted for a striking red velvet zardozi lehenga designed by celebrated designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Aadar complemented her look in a sophisticated white and ivory sherwani. Their wedding celebrations also attracted considerable attention because of their connection to the Kapoor family, with several prominent Bollywood personalities attending the ceremony.

Among the celebrities present were Aadar’s cousins Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor. Neetu Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Saif Ali Khan were also part of the celebrations. The star-studded guest list added another glamorous touch to the couple’s traditional wedding festivities, while the intimate nature of their earlier Goa ceremony gave the celebrations a more personal beginning.

Now, with their marriage officially registered, Aadar Jain and Alekha Advani have added a legal stamp to a relationship that has already been celebrated in multiple ceremonies and surrounded by family and friends. Aadar’s playful “trial period” caption gave the announcement a distinctly personal touch, while his reference to Ganpati Bappa reflected the couple’s gratitude on the special occasion. For the couple, it is another memorable milestone in their journey together as Mr and Mrs Jain.
