Aura Entertainment has unveiled the main official trailer for The Beast, an upcoming action thriller starring Samuel L. Jackson as the President of the United States. The high-octane film puts a surprising spin on the traditional presidential action movie, forcing the commander-in-chief behind the wheel of the heavily protected presidential limousine as an unidentified militia launches a coordinated coup. What follows is a race against time involving secret technology, a wounded Secret Service agent and a desperate mission to protect the country.

In The Beast, Jackson’s President finds himself in a situation unlike anything he has prepared for. With hostile forces closing in, he is forced to personally drive the presidential limousine, famously known as “The Beast,” while attempting to rescue his injured agent. But the vehicle is far more than an armoured means of transportation. As the crisis escalates, the President discovers that the limousine possesses highly classified offensive capabilities that could give him a fighting chance against the attackers.

The trailer promises plenty of action as the President navigates a city thrown into chaos while trying to stay one step ahead of the militia. At the same time, the personal stakes become increasingly intense, as he attempts to reunite with his wife amid the unfolding crisis.
