Bhopal, Sep 5 (SocialNews.XYZ) The Madhya Pradesh General Administration Department has released a new set of transfer and posting orders for Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, effecting changes across revenue administration, welfare departments, public sector corporations, and mission-mode projects.
Anil Suchari of the 2006 batch, who was serving as Commissioner of Sagar Division, has been appointed Managing Director of the Madhya Pradesh Warehouse Corporation in Bhopal.
The post has been declared equivalent to the rank of Secretary to the state government. In his place, Dilip Kumar of the 2008 batch moves from the dual role of Commissioner of Industries and Managing Director of the Madhya Pradesh Small Industries Corporation to take charge as Commissioner of Sagar Division.
Anubha Srivastava of the 2009 batch, who held the position of Principal Revenue Commissioner along with additional responsibilities as ex-officio Secretary of the Revenue Department and Commissioner of Land Records and Settlement, has been posted as Secretary of the Revenue Department.
Satendra Singh, also of the 2009 batch, continues with an expanded set of responsibilities. He has been designated Secretary of both the Backward Classes and Minority Welfare Department and the Scheduled Caste Welfare Department, while retaining his earlier charges as Commissioner of Scheduled Caste Development, Managing Director of the Madhya Pradesh State Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Corporation, and Commissioner-cum-Director of Backward Classes and Minority Welfare.
Neha Marvya Singh of the 2011 batch shifts from multiple tribal development roles to become Managing Director of the Madhya Pradesh Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporation.
The position carries the equivalence of Additional Secretary.
Nidhi Nivedita of the 2012 batch moves from the Women and Child Development department, where she served as Commissioner-cum-Director along with several additional charges, to the dual role of Principal Revenue Commissioner and Commissioner of Land Records and Settlement in Gwalior.
Anurag Verma, also of the 2012 batch will now continue solely as Managing Director of the State Civil Supplies Corporation, a post equated with Additional Secretary rank.
Mayank Agrawal of the 2013 batch has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Viksit Bharat-Employment Guarantee Livelihood Mission (Rural) and given additional charge as Mission Director of the Samagra Narmada Mission.
Sandeep GR of the 2013 batch moves from the post of Labour Commissioner to take over as Commissioner-cum-Director of Women and Child Development, with additional responsibilities, including Mission Director of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Child Health and Nutrition Mission and Managing Director of the Women Finance and Development Corporation.
Avi Prasad of the 2014 batch shifts from Chief Executive Officer of the Employment Guarantee Council to Managing Director of the Madhya Pradesh Public Health Services Corporation Limited, with additional charge as Additional Secretary in the Public Health and Medical Education Department.
Neha Jain of the 2018 batch has been posted as Chief Executive Officer of Smart City Ujjain with additional charge as Additional Commissioner of the Ujjain Municipal Corporation.
In addition to full transfers, several officers have been given extra responsibilities.
Raghuraj MR of the 2004 batch, currently Secretary of the Labour Department, will also hold charge of the Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment Department.
Tarun Rathi of the 2010 batch, Commissioner of Tribal Development, has been assigned additional charge of the Directorate of Tribal Area Development Schemes, the Managing Directorship of MAPCET, and the Directorship of the Tribal Research and Development Institute.
Kumar Purushottam of the 2012 batch, who is Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister and Managing Director of the Agriculture Marketing Board, will additionally oversee the Industries Department and the Small Industries Corporation.
Sheetala Patle of the 2014 batch and Secretary of the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission has been given additional charge as Labour Commissioner.
Anisha Srivastava of the 2021 batch will continue as Executive Director of the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation's Gwalior regional office while also serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Gwalior Development Authority.
This latest round of postings follows an earlier reshuffle of younger officers in August.
Officers are expected to assume charge without delay and complete formal handovers according to established procedure.
