Yash’s Toxic English Version To Release In Select Indian Theatres Tomorrow

Yash is set to give Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups another theatrical push with the release of its English version in select cinemas across India. The English cut of the action film will arrive on September 4, 2026, targeting key urban markets including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. The announcement comes after the film's main worldwide multi-language theatrical release on August 26, giving English-speaking audiences a fresh way to experience the much-awaited Yash starrer.

What makes the release particularly interesting is that Toxic was originally shot in both English and Kannada. Rather than simply dubbing the film into English, the makers filmed an English-language version alongside the Kannada version, making the project an unusual production in the Indian film landscape. The English cut has a runtime of 2 hours and 57 minutes, promising audiences a nearly three-hour cinematic ride packed with action, drama and the distinctive fantasy-infused world of the film.

Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Geetu Mohandas, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups takes Yash into a very different space following his massive success with KGF.
