Lindsayca Brings EPC Expertise to Venezuela’s Next Phase of Energy DevelopmentIntegrated energy solutions company Lindsayca has been confirmed as a Diamond+ Sponsor of Venezuela Energy Week, taking place February 22–25, 2027 in Caracas. The sponsorship strengthens Lindsayca’s engagement with Venezuela’s emerging oil and gas investment cycle while providing a platform to showcase the company’s EPC expertise and energy infrastructure capabilities.

As Venezuela works to restore production and expand activity across its oil and gas sector, infrastructure will be central to converting investment into additional capacity. The country holds the world’s largest proven crude oil reserves, estimated at more than 300 billion barrels, alongside substantial natural gas resources, creating opportunities across upstream development, gas processing, power and associated infrastructure.

Lindsayca brings a longstanding track record in Venezuela, including the delivery of the 450 MMscfd Cardón IV gas processing plant for Eni and Repsol. The project involved five million man-hours and demonstrates Lindsayca’s experience executing large-scale gas infrastructure in the Venezuelan market.

That experience comes as the Eni-Repsol joint venture advances plans to increase production from the Cardón IV field to 645 MMscfd from approximately 580 MMscfd currently. The expansion is expected to involve additional drilling and infrastructure improvements, highlighting the scale of technical and infrastructure requirements accompanying Venezuela’s next phase of gas development.

With an established base in El Tigre, Anzoátegui, Lindsayca combines local market experience with a broad regional track record spanning gas processing, compression, oil treatment and power infrastructure. The company has successfully completed more than 140 EPC projects across the Americas and operated in more than a dozen countries, including major projects such as Guyana’s 300-MW natural gas and natural gas liquids facility and the Manzanillo thermal power project in the Dominican Republic. This combination of Venezuelan experience, regional scale and technical capabilities positions Lindsayca to support the development of new oil and gas infrastructure across the country’s value chain.

As Venezuela’s production recovery draws renewed interest from international operators, investors and service companies, demand is growing for the infrastructure, equipment and technical expertise needed to advance new projects. As a Diamond+ Sponsor of Venezuela Energy Week 2027, Lindsayca will engage with government officials, energy companies, investors and financial partners on opportunities across the upstream, midstream, downstream and power sectors, while showcasing its Venezuelan project experience and regional capabilities.
