Jaipur, August 24 (SocialNews.XYZ) Sheela Shekhawat, wife of late Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena president Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, has allegedly received a death threat, with a threatening message sent to the Instagram account of her daughter, Urvashi Shekhawat.
The message allegedly threatened to kill Sheela Shekhawat using weapons including AK-47 and AK-56 rifles and also warned of targeting the security personnel accompanying her.
Based on Sheela Shekhawat’s written complaint, the Gogamedi police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident.
According to the complaint, the alleged threat was sent on August 16 to Urvashi Shekhawat’s Instagram account by a person identifying himself as Abhishek Singh Rajput.
The message allegedly threatened to kill Sheela Shekhawat and mentioned the use of AK-47 and AK-56 rifles. It also allegedly threatened the security personnel deployed for her protection.
Sheela has urged the police to identify the person behind the message and take strict legal action. She has also stated that repeated threats have caused fear and mental stress within the family.
In her complaint, Sheela referred to her late husband’s role as president of the Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena and alleged that individuals with criminal backgrounds hold a grudge against the family because of his social and political activities.
She further alleged that the family had received similar threats in the past and requested prompt police action to ensure their safety.
