Mumbai, Aug 23 (SocialNews.XYZ) Actress-turned-author Twinkle Khanna shared a glimpse of her adorable bond with her pet dog, Mr Jeeves, revealing his hilarious reaction to her packing for a trip.
Sharing pictures with her beloved pet, the ‘Mela’ actress said Mr Jeeves appeared visibly upset when he saw her getting ready to leave. She described his reaction, saying he looked “despondent” with a drooping tail and sad eyes. Twinkle added that she also felt similarly about flying away, even if it was only for a day. However, she joked that her emotions were harder to read because of her naturally droopy eyes and the fact that she has only a tailbone instead of a tail.
She then revealed Mr Jeeves’ playful way of expressing his displeasure. According to Twinkle, he jumped all over her, stole one of her socks, and ran away with it before she could catch him.
Posting pictures with her pet dog on Instagram, Twinkle wrote, "Mr. Jeeves sees me packing and looks despondent with a drooping tail and sad eyes. I feel the same about flying off even if it’s for the day, but with naturally droopy eyes and only a tailbone instead of a tail, my tells are less obvious. He jumped all over me, stole one sock and ran off with it before I could catch him. So if you see me sans socks, it’s not style. It’s Mr Jeeves. Does your pet punish you for leaving?"
The first photograph showed the former actress sitting on a couch with her pet dog, while in the next, she was seen lovingly holding him in her arms.
For the unversed, Mr Jeeves is the beloved pet dog of Twinkle Khanna and her husband, actor Akshay Kumar. He often features in Twinkle’s social media posts, where she shares glimpses of his playful antics and their bond. Affectionately called “Jivdya” or “Jeevan,” Mr Jeeves is known for his expressive eyes and charming personality.
