Akshay Kumar And Saif Ali Khan Bring Haiwaan To Kaun Banega Crorepati Sets

The promotions for Haiwaan are getting bigger as the film inches closer to its theatrical release, and the latest stop was the iconic set of Kaun Banega Crorepati. Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan and the film's producers Venkat K Narayana and Shailaja Fenn Desai were spotted on the sets of the popular quiz show, hosted by megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

Akshay Kumar kept things casual for the promotional appearance. The actor was seen in black cargo pants, an oversized checked shirt and a cap, bringing his trademark relaxed style to the television appearance. Saif Ali Khan, meanwhile, opted for a simple T-shirt and denims, looking effortlessly understated as he joined his co-star.

The Haiwaan visit also adds to the excitement around the reunion of Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan. The two actors are returning to the big screen together after 18 years, making their pairing one of the major talking points surrounding the film. Their previous collaborations have given audiences plenty to remember, and Haiwaan promises to place them in a very different world.

The film is directed by Priyadarshan, although the filmmaker was not part of this particular Kaun Banega Crorepati appearance. Priyadarshan is returning to Hindi cinema with Haiwaan, which is based on his own 2016 Malayalam crime thriller Oppam. The Hindi adaptation features a fresh ensemble while retaining the core suspense-driven premise.

The cast includes Boman Irani, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Saiyami Kher and Jisshu Sengupta, alongside Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan. Mohanlal is also set to make a cameo appearance, adding another interesting connection to the original Malayalam film.

Produced by Venkat K Narayana under KVN Productions and Thespian Films, Haiwaan has been building momentum through its promotional campaign. The recently released song Mere Hero Hai Woh, composed by Pritam with lyrics by Javed Akhtar and vocals by Shaan and Vanika Nayak, has offered audiences a softer and more emotional glimpse into the film.

The Kaun Banega Crorepati appearance is another strategic promotional move, bringing the stars of Haiwaan to one of television's most recognisable platforms. Sharing the screen with Amitabh Bachchan also gives the Akshay-Saif reunion an added dose of nostalgia, particularly for viewers who have followed the actors' careers over the years.

While the film's story remains rooted in crime, suspense and drama, the promotional campaign has been carefully balancing its intense subject matter with lighter moments.
