Mumbai, July 13 (SocialNews.XYZ) Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty started the week on a note filled with gratitude and called it the “bedrock" of her life. She added that Mondays offer a chance to reset not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
Shilpa shared a video of practicing monk Nityanand Charan Das at the Sri Sri Radha Gopinath Temple, ISKCON Chowpatty in Mumbai, speaking about the importance of gratitude.
She wrote: “Gratitude has always been the bedrock of my life. I truly believe Mondays are a beautiful opportunity to reset, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
“Listening to Nityanand Charan Das Ji speak about the power of gratitude was a gentle reminder that when we choose appreciation over comparison, life begins to feel lighter, fuller, and far more meaningful. Shilpa was last seen in KD: The Devil, a Kannada-language action thriller film written and directed by Prem. The film stars Dhruva Sarja, Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty, V. Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Reeshma Nanaiah, Jisshu Sengupta and Nora Fatehi.
The music was composed by Arjun Janya, while the cinematography and editing were handled by William David and Sanketh Achar, respectively
She is currently seen as a host of the show Maa Hai Na, a reality cooking series. In the show celebrity contestants compete in pairs, each pairing a public figure with a parent or adult child, in cooking challenges and comedy segments.
On July 8, Shilpa shared a glimpse into her family vacation as she embarked on an all-girls getaway with three generations of women from her family. She mentioned that she was on a fun vacation with her mother, sister Shamita and daughter Samisha.
Taking to her social media account, Shilpa dropped a carousel of pictures and videos from the holiday and wrote: 'Three generations. Four hearts. One unforgettable girls' trip. Mom. Sis. Daughter. Me. The best kind of holiday… core memories unlocked.. #GirlsTrip #Gratitude #GirlsJustWannaHaveSun.'
