Patna, July 11 (SocialNews.XYZ) A tragic road accident claimed the lives of four people and left two others critically injured after a passenger tempo (three-wheeler) collided head-on with a Hiwa truck on National Highway-139 near Madhuban village in the Sadar block of Arwal district, Bihar, on Saturday.
