Cara Delevingne clarifies timeline of her friendship with Amber Heard during her divorce with Johnny Depp

Los Angeles, June 30 (SocialNews.XYZ) English actress Cara Delevingne has shared details from the divorce battle of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp. The actress has clarified the timeline of her relationship with Amber Heard, and the chain of events.

The model appeared on the Monday, June 29, episode of The Louis Theroux Podcast. Toward the end of the episode, Theroux asked Delevingne, 33, about “the Johnny Depp thing," in reference to previous speculation that the model had a romantic affair with Heard as she was divorcing Johnny Depp.

Heard, 40, and Johnny, 63, went public with their relationship in October 2011 and married in February 2015, reports ‘People’ magazine.

She filed for divorce in May 2016. The former couple reached a $7 million divorce settlement that August. Delevingne told Theroux, 56, that she was working on the film London Fields with Heard and Depp before their divorce.

As per ‘People’, the film premiered in 2018, but production ran from 2013 to 2015. At that time, Delevingne said that Johnny was "pretty driven crazy by jealousy”.

Cara Delevingne said, "Nothing was happening at that point. Later, after they divorced, it had, I suppose”.

She explained that she and the actress were "close for a long time”, "Then when they were going through the divorce, yeah, we were entangled," she said, before noting that Heard was also "entangled with other people”.

Theroux then mentioned the name "Elon”, in reference to Heard's relationship with Elon Musk. The former couple was rumored to be dating in July 2016, and later confirmed their relationship in April 2017. Cara Delevingne said, “There you go”.

Shortly after Musk and Heard ended their relationship in August 2017, Heard penned an op-ed for The Washington Post in December 2018, alleging she was the victim of domestic abuse. Then in March 2019, the actor sued his ex-wife for defamation over the piece.
