Addressing the media during the grand event, Janhvi admitted that the film has been an emotional journey spanning over two years. The actress revealed how deeply connected she has become to the project and the people associated with it.
“We have been working on this film for the past two years, and I am absolutely delighted. Today, for the very first time, I watched the trailer alongside all of you; and seeing everyone's hard work—witnessing all that love—fills me with such joy. And yes, I think this is a very special day for all of us,” she said.
Speaking about her intense and bold look in the film, Janhvi credited Buchi Babu entirely for shaping her character. In a moment that left the audience cheering, she jokingly called him the “most rowdy director in India.”
“It was all thanks to Buchi Sir. As he mentioned earlier—he may look like a delicate, soft-spoken person, but don't let that fool you! He is, in fact, the most 'rowdy' director in all of India!” she laughed.
However, the most emotional moment came when Janhvi spoke about Ram Charan and the connection between their families. Referring to the legendary on-screen pairing of Sridevi and Chiranjeevi, Janhvi revealed how special it felt to collaborate with Ram Charan on such a massive project.
“And to witness what he has poured into this film! I also think that, given all the love that everyone has obviously showered upon my Mom and Chiranjeevi Sir over the years... I understand that people share a very unique bond with our family, and that means the world to us. But it felt truly cosmic to come together with him for such a special film—and to get to know him as a person—because he really is the best human being,” Janhvi shared emotionally.
The actress also praised Ram Charan’s commitment and dedication to the film, adding that the entire cast had poured their hearts into Peddi. Her heartfelt speech quickly became one of the biggest highlights of the trailer launch, with fans flooding social media praising the chemistry and warmth between the lead pair.
