A new suspense-filled series is heading to screens soon as Jio Studios unveiled the first look of the upcoming Hindi thriller Waiting Hai. The announcement came with a cryptic caption hinting at a high-stakes conspiracy unfolding on railway tracks: “Patri par train se zyada tez chal rahi hai ek chaal… can Sugam Mishra expose it all?” The series will stream for free on Amazon MX Player. The first look poster sets the tone for a gripping mystery, showing a uniformed police officer standing against a misty railway station backdrop. At the center of the story is officer Sugam Mishra, played by Divyenndu Sharma, who appears determined to uncover a dangerous plot brewing behind the scenes. Joining him in the series is a strong ensemble cast including Bhuvan Arora, Kumud Mishra, Harshita Gaur, Yashpal Sharma, and Sunita Rajwar. With such a diverse lineup, the show is expected to deliver layered characters and intense storytelling as the mystery unfolds. The series is created and directed by Sameer Vidwans and also features Vijay Maurya in a key role. The project is backed by producers Jyoti Deshpande, Ajay Rai, Deepak Simhal, and Sana Warsi under the banner of JAR Pictures. The coordinated teaser posts from both Jio Studios and Amazon MX Player suggest a major promotional push for the series, positioning it as a gripping police procedural with a conspiracy at its core.
