Addressing the media, she said, “After this my fans will just say thank God. Because I have always been told that I should do another reality show. I should do this one. I should do that one. I hope after this my audience, my fans will not ask me to do a reality show. Because I am happy that I was a part of it. I learnt a lot. Networking is very good. I made good friends. I got a chance to work with Colors again. I got a chance to work with Jio again. Everything was nice but no, no more reality shows anymore.”
Divya also elaborated on her experience with the new format of The 50, explaining the challenges she faced despite her strategic gameplay: “You've seen me holding the trophies of two reality shows. But here, no matter how much you desire for trophies, as long as I had the decision to play alone, I could have taken the trophy alone. It was very much a possible game. The public was with me. Both trophies I won came from their votes. And that support was very important to me. This was a new format where I was introduced. This format was quite useless for me because even if I spoke, it would have been just talk and no action. There would have been just big talk, which might have cut the reels, but I couldn't practically use it in the game. If I had gone against my alliance, I wouldn't have been able to stand anywhere. But it was a very, very beautiful format, but the contestants made it very awkward.”
Reflecting on her journey, Divya acknowledged the learning, networking opportunities, and friendships she gained from the show while expressing relief at stepping away from reality TV. She also highlighted her gratitude for working again with Colors TV and Jio, which gave her a platform to connect with fans and showcase her skills once more.
Fans have reacted with admiration to Divya’s honesty and her candid decision to move away from reality shows, appreciating her insight into the complexities of the competition and her respect for her audience’s support throughout her career.
