A teenager who was stuck dangling for seven hours from a crane in Jerusalem was rescued on Monday by Israels Fire and Rescue Service, according to authorities. The 15-year-old told rescuers he had climbed up the crane at around midnight because he wanted to "see the view," according to a statement released by the Service.
