After haunting audiences with its quiet menace in 2022, Vadh is ready to return — but with a twist. Producers Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg of Luv Films have officially announced the release date for Vadh 2, set to hit theatres on 6 February 2026. The film promises to be a spiritual sequel rather than a direct continuation, reuniting powerhouse actors Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta in completely new roles.

 

Written and directed once again by Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vadh 2 aims to capture the same emotional grit and moral ambiguity that made the first film a hidden gem. The 2022 original drew widespread critical acclaim for its chilling revenge drama, centered on an aging couple pushed to desperate extremes. While it earned modest box office numbers — about ₹60 lakh — it became a word-of-mouth favorite, praised for its haunting realism and stellar performances.

 

The teaser for Vadh 2 hints at another emotionally charged thriller: red-hued visuals, piercing gazes, and a mood steeped in mystery.
