“Whoever knows me, knows my love for journaling. It’s something I’ve done since I was a kid,” said Ananya. “Even now, between shoots or travel, whenever I get a moment, I love capturing moments that are precious to me and revisiting them later. It reminds me to pause and appreciate the little things along the way. My journal is filled with pictures of my family, my dogs, my friends, and little moments that make me smile. With Dear Me, we wanted to create something that helps people experience that same sense of freedom and joy. World Mental Health Day felt like the perfect moment to share this little piece of positivity with everyone.”
