War 2 First Single Aavan Jaavan Out On This Date!

Bollywood’s chartbuster crew is back—and this time, they're bringing their magic to the much-anticipated action thriller War 2. The team behind the unforgettable hit Kesariya—director Ayan Mukerji, music composer Pritam, singer Arijit Singh, and lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya—has reunited for the film’s first song, titled Aavan Jaavan.

 

This high-profile musical reunion arrives with perfect timing—the song drops on July 31, 2025, which also happens to be Kiara Advani’s birthday, adding an extra layer of excitement for fans. Known for its soaring vocals and emotional resonance, the Kesariya team’s collaboration promises another memorable soundtrack moment, but this time in the high-octane universe of War 2.

 

War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films, marks the sixth installment in the YRF Spy Universe. It stars Hrithik Roshan, NTR Jr, and Kiara Advani in lead roles, along with seasoned performers Anil Kapoor and Ashutosh Rana. With a screenplay by Shridhar Raghavan and dialogues by Abbas Tyrewala, the film continues the franchise’s legacy of adrenaline-fueled espionage action.

 

Set for release on August 14, 2025, War 2 is perfectly positioned to dominate the Independence Day weekend box office. The film follows up the massive success of War (2019), which starred Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff and became one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of the year.
