Addressing his time away from the limelight, Sharad said, “Yes, I wanted to take a break. I wanted to give some time to myself, which I most certainly did. I was working on a few things, and now you all will see me a lot on screen.” The actor’s fans, who have eagerly awaited his return, can now look forward to seeing him in a range of digital projects expected to stream soon.
Speaking about his personal life, Sharad also shared his plans for the upcoming Ganpati Festival, a celebration close to his heart. “We will celebrate Ganpati Festival with joy and happiness. It will be our 13th Bappa celebrations,” he said, highlighting the tradition and spiritual importance the festival holds for him and his family.
While praising Fragile, India’s first short film on Fragile X Syndrome, Sharad applauded actor-producer Rajniesh Duggal for taking up such a meaningful subject. “I think we all should take such initiatives, but we usually don’t. I’m really happy Rajniesh did, and I hope this film reaches everyone. If not a cure, at least some form of prevention and awareness can be created,” he said. Sharad, who made his film debut in 2012 with From Sydney with Love, seems poised for an exciting new chapter in his acting journey.
