Hulu Unveils Gripping Trailer for Thriller Series Red Eye

Hulu has released the official trailer for its highly anticipated thriller series Red Eye, offering a glimpse into a high-stakes mystery set aboard a tense international flight. The show stars Richard Armitage as Dr. Matthew Nolan and Jing Lusi as DC Hana Li, with a strong supporting cast including Lesley Sharp, Jemma Moore, Dan Li, Cash Holland, and Tai Yin Chan. The trailer promises a tightly woven narrative filled with suspense, betrayal, and a shadowy conspiracy that unfolds mid-air.

 

Red Eye follows the story of a red-eye flight from London to Beijing that takes a dark turn when Dr. Nolan is suddenly arrested and accused of murder. Assigned to escort him to China, Officer Hana Li initially believes her role is procedural — until a mysterious incident occurs on the flight. As events spiral out of control, Hana realizes she’s caught in the middle of a dangerous international plot, forcing her to question everything — including Nolan's guilt and her own role in the investigation.

 

Created by Peter A. Dowling and co-written with Jingan Young, Red Eye is directed by Kieron Hawkes and Camilla Strøm Henriksen. The show combines the claustrophobic tension of an in-flight thriller with the unraveling of a deeper geopolitical conspiracy.
